snakelady, you guessed one of the other two then The other I don't really like is Saddling Up. Actually, to be fair, I don't mind Pennsylvania Blues Tonight. I don't skip it so I was maybe being too harsh. I just prefer most of the other songs.

I do like Saddling Up. It's quirky, but as a one-off I can enjoy it. Yep, all Quo songs sound the same, sure .. We could actually make it song of the day for today

Yes ! One of the songs where the Aquostic version is better than the original. Such a shame the acoustic tour last winter had to be cancelled ..

Yes Inna. To me Caroline is Quo’s flagship. More so than even Down Down. Rick opening the song and then the simple but perfect Riff. Coming in. Rossi’s distinctive Voice and the perfect Melody ! It’s just the pinnacle even if some people tire of it which for the life of me I don’t understand. 👌

Especially when it isn't as heavy / rocky as it once was.

I’m just talking about the song on Hello not Live. Yep I understand those that have attended 100’s of Quo. Gigs that they tire of it in that context. I’m just commenting on the actual recorded Song.

With me it's the other way round actually. I don't listen to recorded versions anymore, all versions - live and studio. On the other hand, as soon as the drone stops and Rick/Ritchie start belting out those chords a huge smile appears on my face automatically.

Sorry "Lonely Man" is the only song that I skip on what otherwise is a brill album.
