Country 2 Country at the O2 for me tomorrow night. Eric Church and Cadillac 3 I hope I manage to get thru the whole weekend in London and Survive the CV.Ooh, the epicentre. Ground zero I was half thinking of going to see Rhino's Revenge at the Half Moon in Putney in August but better just let that lie for now. Everything is a bit up in the air really. The Country 2 Country festival has now been postponed for the whole weekend due to the CV , am officially gutted ☹️ We have carried on the Country theme tho and have booked seats for the 9 to 5 musical as we didn’t want to waste the hotel and transport tix. I too will probably see Rhino at Winchester. Myself and my son were considering going to Wembley for England v Denmark, but as things are going at the moment I will wait n see what happens to that 😁

It was actually the night before the French Fan Club bash in Lille at which they were also performing so we all trooped off to France the next day. It was quite a wild weekend. Mrs Mortified and stepdaughter were well under the influence (see what I did there? ) for about 3 days but it was good fun. The Half Moon is a good venue. It has a proper room with a stage through the back. This was back in the day when Mae used to get up and sing occasionally. Under duress from dad I think

Yeah, I think upcoming gigs will be a bit up in the air for a while.

Forthcoming gigs:
23 Apr - Francis Rossi @ Stevenage Gordon Craig Theatre 9 Jun - Queen and Adam Lambert @ Wembley Arena 27 Nov - Genesis @ Newcastle
FR called off due to virus risk. New date 10 Mar 2021. He'll have run out of things to say by then. Surely? No word on Queen, but in view of forthcoming health advice for the over 70s (Brian and Roger), that'll probably get pulled too.

Although if I’m honest I couldn’t care less if I ever went to another gig again.....or football match.
