I skipped through most of that in order to avoid the 'set list', although I'm not going until November so it wont be easy to keep that up. And it was unavoidable not to spot one or two.
No real opinion on the show as such. Really just a description of the stage set up and the tracks played.

Went to Eastleigh last night to the Tunes and chat and thoroughly enjoyed it. Francis was on good form, laughing and joking with the crowd, I swear he could be a standup comedian as well as a musician, the way he addressed and took the piss out of the crowd at the beginning. 😆
Timing was an issue, 15 minutes in and he was overrunning, by the time we finished he was probably 20mins overrun.
My only gripe really and it’s not a major one was the fact the songs seemed a little crammed in without too much information about them, but you can’t have it always.
Sell out crowd of 400 clapping and singing at the end and he played the crowd really well.
Andy Brook was really good singing and playing along with Fran, as per usual Fran kept cocking up 😆
I won’t say the set list, but there is some nice gems in there.
Q &A was good and the question’s definitely weren’t staged or planted and at this point to me Fran looked his most relaxed, talking about the drummers in the band, his favourite guitarists and his favourite songs.
Mrs B really enjoyed it, so I would say if you’re on the fence, go because you won’t regret it.

I was planning to go, but Bedford Corn Exchange has just called me to say the gig is OFF.
As far as they know, it's just Bedford (2 Jun 2023).
Oh, well. I was a bit luke warm about going, but thought "well, it's not too far and not too expensive, why not?". Should have gone to Specsavers Harpenden in April.

I see Lancaster has been shunted from May to October as well. " Due to circumstances beyond the promoter's control" What is it about the word Lancaster? I hope they don't pi$$ about with Oban in November. It's quite a journey and rail fares and a hotel have been sorted. Might still go anyway. Great seafood restaurant there

Brierly Hill got canned as well (11 Jun). Methinks this isn't quite the breeze he expected it to be.

Thinking of doing Scarborough again, seems to have mixed things up a bit.
