Quite interesting and not as savage as I half expected. This was about a year before I joined the Quo message board but I remember the colours! They changed it to a black and yellow Heavy Traffic design not long after. Some old contributors in there

Remember the style too, though admittedly had forgotten half of the posters . The discussion whether Quo is still Quo without any of the 70s members is as old as Quo mbs - as is the analogy with football teams. Both bands and teams change all the time and even more so with new members. In the end it's down to whether you still like the music or not. Loyalty with anyone band member is a question of taste and personal definition as well. Why is it some consider Quo without Alan/John/Rick not Quo any longer but are fine without Roy ? He had been a band member before Rick .. It's down to what they perceive the best Quo music and there's definitely no absolute right or wrong. And yes, losing Rick has changed the band for another time. Inevitably. For better or for worse once again will be a question of taste. In any case the new album is going to be different .. as always .. .
