Fabulous! God, I miss the man. Yup. Sad thing is when he was still with us I almost took him for granted. It was Rick on stage doing what Rick does best, never did I think the day would come when he wasn't still doing it. Quite often think back to the last Quo gig I saw with Rick, in Blackpool last year. Was a great gig but I'm sure it would have been very different somehow had I have known it was to be the last. Maybe it's a good thing I didn't know. Somehow leaving the gig slightly merry, covered in sweat, smile on my face and ringing in my ears, was a fitting tribute to the guy

I can't remember if I've seen that clip before or not but it's fantastic. That's how I remember Rick, just brilliant.
Does anyone know anything about Wayne Morris and how the writing partnership came about?

Does anyone know anything about Wayne Morris and how the writing partnership came about? I don't actually know but Morris supported Quo in 2005. I saw them in Koblenz in October (I think) that year. I dare say a friendship started up. They were pretty good by the way. I think Morris were also due to support the band on some of their UK winter tour that year but Rick's medical issues intervened. Although it was Paul Camilleri at the only gig I saw in Bristol. It's all a bit hazy.

Thats a good question re: how the writing partnership came about, I am guessing they formed a friendship when Wayne's band supported Quo, and it went from there
