Excellent interview. Really enjoyed that. I remember trying to get hold of Bob's book of poems back in the 70's but I could never find it. And I still can't! I was never a poetry fan, just a teenage Quo fan. I had to have absolutely everything! Cheers. Ta for putting that up.

A pleasure to read ! Looking forward to that autobiography of his. And good to hear he's still writing with Francis and that the rumours they've fallen out are wrong. Leads to one question though: Are the songs for a Quo album, a solo album or for someone else entirely ?

There are too many silly rumours being spread about Francis and the band by so called quo fans. It’s very sad.

"We recorded an album in Sweden and the band by then was John Coghlan and I, Ray Minhinnett (Frankie Miller), Phil May (Pretty Things), Chrissy Stewart (Spooky Tooth/Frankie Miller Band) and Hilly Briggs on keyboards. It was never released as the record company went bust - not our fault! - although it's likely to be out now sometime this year."
So my comments about the Diesel album finally getting a release seem to be correct!

Thanks tonyp . Enjoyed reading that, especially that the Rossi/Young writing partnership is still alive.
