Well, reading this post has made me re-visit this album after not playing it for many years. It's clearly down near the bottom of the pile, however, I do not dislike the following tracks from this album:-

Goin' Nowhere, Soft In The Head & Rude Awakening Time.

Don't get RAT ( ) at all though.

You like these 3 songs yet you dislike Francis Rossi's direction?? Could it be more of a case that you like some songs and dislike others, rather than 'a direction'?

When you say (in another thread) you dislike the direction Francis has taken Quo recently, are you referring to the Aquostic albums or recent 'rock' studio albums?

In my opinion, since Under the Influence, Francis has co-written some really good rock songs.....far too many to list here.

I'm not a big fan of Thirsty Work, but my favourites are I Didn't Mean it, Confidence, Soft in the Head and Ciao Ciao.

Can't wait for the whistle to blow, I wanna go home and listen to some Quo!
