Well, after having received no tickets through the post then to be told a) I'd have to pick them up from the Box Office, b) they'd been despatched in the post c) no, I'd have to pick them up from the Box Office, I was told at the Box Office that the tickets I had purchased from Songkick were never theirs to sell in the first place and had been sold by the Ticket Factory. instead I had tickets in the row behind. Regardless of whether I ended up in the row behind or 20 rows behind I have been lied to and bought tickets in good faith that didn't exist. And to add insult to injury the view was severely restricted due to the people who ended up with my tickets being rather tall. So....... Songkick - would I recommend you? NEVER!

Interesting. My sister has tickets for Newcastle this coming Thursday. Or rather she doesn't yet. Hers were purchased through Ticketmaster though. too many handling agencies for my liking. Lends itself to bad admin and confusion.
I've got mine strangely enough. They arrived weeks ago.

I thought I'd bought mine through Ticketmaster - just clicked on the link as normal when ordering them - I'd never heard of Songkick. Has she contacted Ticketmaster? I hope she isn't another casualty of this incompetent bunch!

Incompetent bunch the lot of them ! thumbs-down-clipart12 You were still lucky though - you merely ended up one row further back. We ended up in the very last row, restricted view included. Hope you were still able to enjoy the gig, thankfully we were ..

That is truly appalling. I hope you let Duroc Media know and it's also worth looking at the Terms & Conditions as it refers to being able to issue alternative tickets that are 'better or comparable to' ... Clearly yours were anything but!

Clearly yours were anything but! Well, it was in 2010 for Francis' first solo gig and I guess we were simply relieved to have been there at all, that we didn't consider any of that. We should have done something afterwards though, but the gig was over by then anyway ..

Not having the faintest idea which song will get played next and then going yes, yess - another of my favourites ! Absolutely wonderful ! I would have to merely exchange a handful of songs (Old Time RnR, Margie ..) to make it a perfect setlist for me
