On the other board there was a bar at the bottom to tell you which members are online at the moment... It might be good to have something similar, if possible...

Well, the thing with most members is, that they're hiding their online status anyway, so it wouldn't be of much use. With the members list only being a bit over one page so far, you can always check there, with the same restriction in place though. I've changed my privacy settings as well previously, only, since the recent exchange of my hard drive and operating system while I wasn't logged out, I'm not able to change my settings any longer. I could probably unregister and register again, but so far I've been too lazy for it .. c:saw

Just to add to Kathrin's post, there's an issue with these boards, which means if someone posts, or edits, a comment, and then exits that particular board, then the no of viewers of that board will in all likelihood still include that person, even though they're not actually viewing the board anymore. This can even duplicate, or more. So, the number of viewers is very misleading. To the point whereby there could actually be only 1 member online, and only 1 guest viewing, but appear to be, say, 8 viewers!
(Re your own settings Kathrin, if you wish me to amend a setting for you, feel free to PM me.)
