I agree it's still good for them, although I don't like the direction i couldn't actually find it withinin myself to want it to flop, we should always want mans endevours to be rewarded. I just wont listen to it and let those who want to carry on

Just wondering, but what is your own favourite Quo song (or whatever moment) of all there is..? It's a subject to a thread of it's own there of course, but still I am curious..

I can't really tell you a favourite Quo song as I hold many in the same high regard. But I am basically a 70's man. Put the LIVE album on recorded in my home town and at a legendary venue where I saw then a couple of times and that;s me in Quo heaven. Then follow it up with Piledriver. But that's not to say I don't appreciate some of their poppy stuff, I like songs like Something Bout You Baby I Like, Jam Side Down, Ain't Complaining and Who Gets the Love. Quo can do pop really well, but then they go too far for some of us. This Aquostic stuff ain't for me. It could have been so much better. As could the whole of the 80's, 90's have been

As could the whole of the 80's, 90's have been Thanks for your honest respons anyway, I like Quo for the way they actually can have something "for every moment in life", from their 60's catalouge and also their heavier stuff in the 70's also ther poppy 80's and so on.. Rock 'til you drop" was the first LP I bought after "discovering" them in 1990 for real (Anniversary Waltz was my first single), but then found all of their then previous albums very fast... Also got some books and several VHS and DVDs so I know pretty well about their past until history today... But, I like both of the sides, the more heavier stuff (Big Fat Mama, from my birth year 1972 is fantastic!), and the "country-songs" too... On this new album "One of Everything" is very nice...

Yes, I am very lucky to found them then, can't imagine any other band that can replace this connection I got to Quo... I also met them live once, in person at a concert in Karlskoga, Sweden 1994 and "Thirsty Work tour", that was a fantastic moment to actually have talked to them..!
But please listen, it's a very nice pop/country-song .. ;-)

Just listened. No thanks, it will be gospel music next. You need to remember it's Status Quo we are talking about.

Second week in the UK album chart and it's down down 19 places to 26 No real surprise there for me, it did well to peak at nbr 7, I'm wondering if it will sell as well as AQ1 did.
