Hi all, just wondering, has anyone been to a quo gig at Sheffield recently? I'd like to possibly meet the band before the gig, is the best way to do this outside the venue? If so what time do they normally arrive? Also does anyone know the rules on Cameras at the arena? I recently brought a Nikon d3200 but don't want to risk not being allowed in with it?
Cheers Quorockoverworld

The last time I went to a quo gig at Sheffield was the last time they played at the arena (2012?). Didn't try and meet them but I can advise about cameras - I had my camera with me, didn't have any trouble getting in with it but once I was in they kept on telling me to stop using it. One of the stewards took me outside the main arena, however he did tell me that you was allowed to take as many STILL photographs as you like but just not any video recording.
The annoying thing was that there were clearly many people recording but when I mentioned this to him his reply was something along the lines of "Well you can't stop everyone" I think it depends on where you are in the arena, if you are on one of the ends where they can access you easily then they will probably mention it.

Dont think you have any chance of meeting them at sheffield i saw them at sheff arena in 2007 and the bus drives through a gate so you have no way of getting to them

Well, what a blinder of a gig!! Just seemed to be one of those nights where everything went right. The band were on form, loads of banter between them, a few cock ups here and there, but overall sound was great, sounded a lot heavier where we were stood on the floor! Fantastic night, my neck is already in pain
