Thanks LOZ, I might try and watch this on catch up when I get home.
You could perhaps let us know if it's worth watching?
Thanks

It was today but the You Tube version is a bit weird. Sounds like a computerised translation of what Lyndsay was saying. Very odd.

She comes across really well. Quite brave of her actually because you can tell by her wavering voice that she's still struggling.

I watched this earlier and the poor woman is still obviously heart broken but I don't know why she put herself through this. I hope this doesn't sound unkind but I don't know what she gained by doing this interview.
I've never been a fan of the host and even less so after watching this. Thought she was patronising and very insincere.
I hope Lyndsay writes her book, it couldn't be worse that Patti's, I think that would be virtually impossible.
Stand out quote for me was "As a Father, I couldn't fault him".

Thought she was patronising and very insincere. Admittedly, Lorraine Kelly's interviewing techniques left a lot to be desired; really posing each question as a sort of statement saying things like "didn't he" and "weren't you". Nothing was an open question. But this was morning TV. It was never going to be in depth. They never went into the 'misdiagnosis' thing and I got the impression Lyndsay might have wanted to. As for doing the interview at all, rather like the recent Hello article, I wonder if Quo's media company are behind it? There's likely to be a fee involved and I can't see them not looking after her interests. Even more so if she intends to write a book. But I could just as easily be 100% wrong.

Thanks for putting up the links cayan , longtimefan and @inna Guess the first version left out the original questions to shorten and turn into a summary. Or whoever did it, didn't like Lorraine's accent .. Lindsey comes across well, the way she talks about and concentrates on her own situation and doesn't even try to wash dirty laundry or throw accusations publicly. Not all of Rick's wives leave that impression ..

....didn't like Lorraine's accent .. Don't tell Helen that. That's the Glasgow accent I was aware it was Scottish - the way you guys speak like someone's constantly strangling you - but couldn't have told the region. It's not that you Edinburgh folk would sound any better ..

It's not that you Edinburgh folk would sound any better .. I beg your pardon. Wash your mouth out! You can't have a reference to both Edinburgh and Glasgow in the same sentence. It's against Scots Law

mortified ,
I hadn't thought of that to be honest.
That's a good point actually, Quo's management, PR etc probably are looking after her and advising/organising accordingly.
I hope some publishers sat up and took notice when she mentioned that she was planning to write a book.
I anticipate that she won't be short of offers. I hope she gets a great deal.

I don't know which one I watched on Youtube (just did a search and watched the first one that came up) but it looked quite edited - there were odd jumps in the continuity whilst watching Lindsey's face. I will look at the others linked in this topic and see what the differences are. On Facebook someone was saying that Lindsey had mentioned Rick's guitar and said "it's mine now" but that comment was not in the interview I saw. She came across as genuine and obviously missing Rick. Whatever the circumstances before his death (and I understand they were not together at the time) she obviously still loved him.
