Address Book  , In Your Eyes  , The Greatest Fighter and Tommy's In Lurv. The first three are my votes as well (plus Rotten To The Bone), but you know you lose all credibility as a Quo fan with that last one.

Hey, I (and you) have voted for Address Book - I (we) have no credibility left to lose!

Same votes as Kathrin for me In your eyes is fantastic  Quo are usually seen as a rock band and it's all most of the 'macho rocker FF only' ( ) fans want from them. The 80s definitely weren't a time of rock songs from Quo with the odd exception, but in a way they showcased the band's ability to do slower melodic songs and ballads like Address Book, In Your Eyes, 1000Years, Rock'n'Roll .. as those were still top notch despite the band struggling for direction.

It's a belter huh! Highly overlooked I reckon, possibly 'cos it's from the Army album (the 1st post-Alan). Synths really well used (it has been known by some Quo fans for that instrument not to be liked in Quo songs :oo: :lolflg: ), a nice 'n upbeat tune throughout and a cracking solo and outro from Francis.
I think it'd have done very well as a single - it may have been a bit too long though to be released on its own.

I agree with you that the 80s were far from Quo's best decade, but also that it allowed for the Quo style in tracks such as you mentioned to beautifully come too the fore. Quo once again proving they are anything but a one trick pony
