Good grief! Where did you dig that up???? I made a point of not watching ITV light entertainment shows for decades so I've missed out on SO much. Or have I?

I hate Quo playing Don't Stop .. thank god I completely missed out on that whole period. They should've never recorded that album ! Apart from the music - very entertaining !

The slow descent of a proud rock band to cabaret artists, no idea who the presenter guy is but what a patronising, unfunny jerk. Mind you light entertainment tv where I live is no better.

Awful period for Quo... Rossi started wearing his guitar up to his neck and Rhino got a bowl cut

Awful period for Quo... Rossi started wearing his guitar up to his neck and Rhino got a bowl cut And for all of us. I remember Alan Davies (the comedian) talking about wearing a dress jacket with jeans along the lines of 'make your mind up - smart or casual - coz you look a dick'. Made me laugh but cringe

Hey, I like guys wearing dress jackets and shirts along with any type of trousers, including jeans. Prefer it over jeans and t-shirt any day ! With one exception - it just doesn't look right with Quo .. Rhino's haircut is beyond words indeed And it's obvious from his moon-shaped face that Francis hadn't started working out back then. Much prefer his later slim and trim self.

I was about most things then But Francis's jeans in the 90's (even now to be fair) look like they were bought in a pack of three from his auntie's catalogue

mortified,
Just for clarity, I'm laughing at your description from where Francis gets his jeans, NOT your black velvet jacket and jeans combo from the 70s as I'm sure that certainly cut a dash!

Chuck in the long hair and tan platforms of some considerable height and you get the idea that I looked like an extra from Man About The House.
