I think that this is a very rare performance. They are singing live. It is pretty obvious from Bown chours and Parfitt vocals, but the music...I am not sure.

Isn't that from the Under The Influence pub tour but in Germany? Ohne Filter? I think I have the audio but the video bootleg was available all those years ago.

It is a mix of Quo appearences showed on France TV. The on that caught my attention was the SBYBIL performance

Never seen that before but my money would be on around 1981 for the Something 'Bout You Baby I like performance. Promoting the single type thing. Especially given the line up. One of the references underneath says "Chez Johnny et Collaro en '81". Presumably a French TV prog. 

Not sure the vocals are live. They're pretty much on the money harmony wise. Although I agree there are one or two subtle differences here and there. The sound isn't clear enough to work out if it's a complete mime job. 

But nice to see. Ta for that.

 I've never seen the French excerpts before either, so wouldn't know if the shows were live. Very few shows were at the time ..
The part towards the end is from German TV, Ohne Filter, and that was completely live (but had only just started around 80 I seem to remember). The only German hits show from the 70s that was all live - not only vocals, but instruments too, was Pierre Franck's Hitkwiss. Quo did perform there and in consequence was voted best band of the year by viewers (in 78 I think ?).
