ive you didn't even answer to c) much less 'destroyed it easily'. And if you don't understand or don't want to understand b) there's no sense in explaining it any further - and frankly, I don't have the time for it. I've said what I wanted to, but you're far too biased - negatively towards Francis, positively towards Rick - for this to make sense IMO. I'm not obsessed with what happened or could've happened decades ago or with the band in general. I like enough of their music to buy it and I go to gigs, that's all. Conspiracy theories and agendas don't play any role at all for me - I'm merely a simple Status Quo fan. We will never agree on this one, our opinions at differing ends of the scale, you call me biased when you see no wrong in Rossi or the direction he took the band he regarded as his own in ?! , in fact you see no fault in Rossi at all it would seem, or if you have I have never seen them stated With a tinge of sadness, Im actually pleased that Quo are at an end (well they are for me with no Rick), will save me a small fortune in £'s, I remained loyal because Rick was still there, now he isnt & I doubt wont be ever again, my loyalty to them has now ceased, I just wanna see if MR "My Band" has the nerve to carry it on in 2017 under the same name, with no Rick, if he does, then he can expect flak from many people

During most of the 70s and 80s he behaved the thoughtless, cocky, drugged rock star he was (or you could simply call it d*ckhead) a lot of the time and I'm sure he regrets that now. It's probably one of the reasons why he doesn't rate the time that highly. To be fair to him (and the others) though - they were simply young and successful and enjoyed it. It is a learning curve. Music wise - when I first heard I'm Givin' Up My Worrying, I knew he and the band were in trouble. For quite a few years his songwriting dropped to average or below average level, merely interspersed with the odd gem and none of the others could make up for it. Maybe Andy came the closest, but it was definitely not enough to save the 80s. Concerning Quo now: It is not Francis' (or the rest of the band's) fault Rick had the heart attack and has to suffer the consequences now. All they do is try to cope with its consequences for the band the best they can. Francis won't be in a position to cancel a tour - he won't have the contractual or financial overview - that's what management are for. All he does is try to find solutions for the musical side (with the help of the others). He did not throw/force/.. Rick out of the band ! None of us can know how he feels about not having Rick around - beside him on stage, with him on the tour bus - but I'm sure it adds a lot of stress for him. Going by your statement that you were merely there because of Rick and now he's not around (through no fault of the others !) aren't interested in the band anymore, you've never been a Status Quo fan, but merely a Parfitt fan (luvvie in your words). Most of us (including me) are different. We're here for the music, even when we've got a favourite band member.

Who said it was Francis or the bands fault that Rick had another heart attack ?! answer is nobody has, so clutching at straws again. Ricks always been my favourite of course, but up to & including 84 I was there for all of them as I deemed them a credible band, A lot of people have favourites in a band, which according to you means they are not real fans unless they like them all equally , maybe the stupidity of yer comment is not one you can fully comprehend ?
